For paid consulting services, workshops, and implementation packages, we will clearly communicate costs, payment methods, and applicable refund or cancellation policies at the time of purchase. Free educational resources such as downloadable frameworks do not require payment.

SMS Use Cases

We use SMS messaging to send you workshop reminders (including Zoom links and session details), booking confirmations for consulting calls, appointment reminders and rescheduling notifications, and service updates related to your engagement with GetInFlo.

Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent. Opting out of SMS does not affect other communications such as email.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. GetInFlo makes reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of SMS messages but cannot guarantee delivery, as message transmission is dependent on your mobile carrier and network conditions. Neither GetInFlo nor mobile carriers shall be liable for any damages arising from SMS messaging, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Age Restriction

Our SMS messaging service is intended for individuals aged 18 years and older. By opting in to receive SMS messages, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. If we become aware that a person under 18 has opted in, we will promptly remove their information from our messaging list.
